One Year Later

So its already May, which is pretty crazy. It was only a year ago, I had just graduated from college and was off to experience the next stage of life. 2012 has been going by so fast. With Spring almost over, lets see what Summer brings (besides ridiculous hot-humid weather).

Down in Sai Kung, they set up a stage for some Chinese opera. This happens every few months and this time I was able to catch a glimpse as I was walking by.

We went to Piccolos to celebrate Aunty Karen's birthday. I asked for "water" and got this, imported water from Tuscany, Italy. Oops, I guess I should've been more specific and asked for tap water. It did taste different though.

For dessert, Chocolate pudding with assorted fruit and vanilla ice cream [left] & Churros with chocolate mousse [right].

I happened to walk by the front door one night and noticed this crazy scene. Those bugs sure do like that light.
